What event are you involved in?

I’ll be involved in Halton, which is Runcorn and Widnes. There will be 3-4 events.

October 2nd The Norton Arms,Runcorn 6-8 & The Pavillions, Runcorn 8-12
October 3rd The Studio, Widnes 3 till late. There will also be something on the fourth.

Tell us about yourself

I’m a music loving chubby hippy from the north. I enjoy nothing more than having fun either with my amazing family or jamming with friends.

What made you want to get involved?

I like to be positive, so when I saw the chance to do something positive in the face of some pretty depressing times, I had to do something. It helps that there are some fantastic people involved, plus I’ll get to see some great acts over the weekend, all for a tin of beans and spam!

What inspires you or makes you hopeful?

Love, children, music. Three things that can communicate regardless of background, language, race or religion.

What are you most looking forward to about October 2-4?

People standing together for something so important and doing so in such a positive and uplifting way is going to be inspiring. I’ll hopefully be singing at some point, but it is more important that something awesome is happening than it is that I sing.
