We are incredibly excited by the prospect of We Shall Overcome weekend becoming the subject of a documentary film. We have been approached by film maker experienced in the genre who is determined to tell the story of this amazing movement and we are looking for your help. Owing to the fact that our events are spread far and wide, and one man can’t be everywhere at once, we are requesting as many of you as possible film your gig so we can have as much footage as possible of WSO weekend. The best of the footage will be considered for the documentary, so if you know people a dab hand with a camera then GET THEM INVOLVED!

We have also set the date for our next attack on Twitter. On Wednesday 19th August at 8pm we want all WSO followers to tweet on the subject of CAUSES AND PETITIONS using the hashtag #WSOWednesday. So get those thinking caps on. What cause moves you at the moment? Is it Jeremy Corbyn or drilling in the Arctic? Is it the plight of Syrian refugees, TTIP, the future of Bees? Whatever it is. Tweet it, follow the hashtag and retweet like-minded folk. Let’s start talking. LOUDLY.

Keep those events coming, folks.
